Yes, we offer same-day delivery for phone orders! To arrange a same-day delivery, please call us directly.

Our cut-off times are:

• The Beaches Area: Order before 2:00 PM for same-day delivery.
• Downtown Toronto & GTA: Order before 10:00 AM for same-day delivery.

Please note that deliveries are typically made between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. When ordering online, the earliest available delivery date is usually the next business day.

We offer three delivery zones with different rates. Our system automatically calculates the correct fee at checkout based on the recipient's address.

• Local Delivery (The Beaches): $15.00
• Greater Toronto Area (GTA): $15.00
• Out of Toronto Area: $20.00

The lifespan of your flowers depends on a number of factors, primarily how they are cared for. By following our care instructions, you can significantly extend their life.

To help them last as long as possible, here are some care tips:

• Change the water daily: It's best to change the water in the vase every day or every other day to prevent bacteria from growing.
• Trim the stems: Each time you change the water, re-cut the stems at a diagonal angle. This helps them absorb water more efficiently.
• Keep them in a cool spot: Place your sunflowers in a cool location, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, to extend their vase life.

The bouquet sizes shown in our photos are typically the Classic size, depending on the arrangement.

• The Petite size will be smaller than the arrangement pictured.
• The Grand size will be slightly larger and more abundant than the one in the photo.

Please note that the specific flowers and the overall volume may vary depending on the season and market price of the flowers. However, we always promise to deliver the best design and quality for your chosen price point.

Yes – certain flowers and plants can be toxic to cats, even in small amounts. The most dangerous among them is the lily family, including Asiatic lilies, Easter lilies, Stargazer lilies, and Daylilies. All parts of the plant — the petals, leaves, pollen, and even the water in the vase — can cause severe kidney failure in cats if ingested.

Other flowers commonly used in bouquets that may also be harmful to cats include:

• Tulips & Daffodils: The bulbs are the most toxic part, but ingesting any portion can cause severe vomiting and diarrhea
• Hyacinths: Similar to tulips, the bulbs are the most dangerous part
• Chrysanthemums & Daisies: Can cause vomiting, diarrhea, and drooling
• Peonies & Iris
• Baby’s Breath: mildly toxic, may cause stomach upset
• Sago Palm: Highly toxic, with all parts of the plant being dangerous

If you’re ordering flowers for a home with cats, we recommend letting us know in advance.

Cat-Safe Flowers:
Many flowers are considered safe for cats, such as roses, freesias, Orchids and sunflowers.

The main danger is from ingestion, which can happen if a cat chews on or eats a plant. However, some plants can also cause skin irritation or be toxic from pollen exposure.

We always do our best to accommodate pet safety, but it’s important to note that curious cats may still chew on any plant. When in doubt, it’s safest to place flowers out of reach.

We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not happy with the quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide a picture of the issue. Our policy is to replace any single flower that is in poor condition, not the entire bouquet.
